Work trucks lined up at a yard for a fleet service visit

Fleet & farm

Keep the trucks
working

Service trucks, vans and farm pickups maintained and repaired at the yard, the farm or the job site — so a vehicle problem does not turn into a lost day.

The problem

Downtime is
the expensive part

The repair bill is rarely what hurts. It is the truck sitting at a shop for two days, the job that slips, the driver with nothing to drive. Boothes Mobile Mechanics comes to where the vehicles are parked and does the work there, before the day starts or after it ends.

Put a group of vehicles on a regular round and the small things — a weak battery, a cracked belt, a brake pad on its last legs — get caught on a scheduled visit instead of on the highway.

  • Service at the yard, farm or job site
  • Early, late or Saturday visits within our hours
  • Notes per vehicle: done, found, coming due

Fleet services

Work vehicles,
worked on

The same repairs and maintenance we do for anyone, organized around keeping several vehicles on the road at once.

Work trucks & vans

Service trucks, pickups and vans that earn their keep. We come to the yard before the day starts or after it ends, so the vehicle is back on the road without a trip to town.

Quoted up front

Farm pickups & ranch trucks

The truck that lives on gravel and hauls the trailer. Brakes, batteries, belts, fluids and the inevitable no-start, fixed at the farm where it sits.

Quoted up front

Scheduled rounds

Set up a maintenance schedule for a group of vehicles and we work through them on a regular visit — oil, filters, inspections, the small fixes — so little problems never become downtime.

How it works

Setting up
fleet service

Tell us what you run

How many vehicles, what they are, where they park and when they are free. That is enough for a first quote.

We agree a round

A visit schedule that fits the work — monthly, quarterly, or ahead of the busy season — with the jobs that are due on each one.

The trucks stay on the road

We come when we said, do the list, fix what we find if you say go, and leave a note of what is coming next.

FAQ

Questions about
fleet service

Can't find the answer? Call or text (785) 000-0000 and we'll sort it out on the phone.

How many vehicles do you need to call it a fleet?
Two is enough. If you have more than one vehicle that needs looking after, it is worth putting them on a schedule so they are all done on the same visit.
Can you come before or after working hours?
That is usually the point. Tell us when the vehicles are parked and we work around the day — early, late or on a Saturday, within the hours we keep.
Do you keep records of what was done?
Yes. Every visit gets a note of what was done, what was found and what is coming due, per vehicle. Useful for budgeting and for proving maintenance if you ever sell a truck.
What about tractors and other equipment?
Our work is cars, pickups, SUVs and vans, including the ones that live on the farm. For tractors and heavy equipment, tell us what you have and we will say straight whether it is a job for us.

A truck down is a day lost. Let’s get ahead of it.

One truck?

Just the one
farm pickup?

Fleet or not, the work is the same. Tell us what the truck is doing and where it sits, and we come to it.
